What is a teleseminar?
Teleseminars
are a cost effective way to meet exciting speakers and get
information on topics that you want to hear about. You can ask questions in
your pajamas and avoid travel and traffic. The speaker comes to you through
your telephone. In most cases, all you pay for is the long distance call!
Teleseminar Schedule
Sunday, Jan 21
8:00 p.m (EST)
"You Too Can Start a
Non-Profit" with Radjiya Taj. She's started her own and will show you how
you can too!

How to
get the most out of teleseminars:
* Use a land line.
Speakerphones cell phones, or computer/Internet telephony can cause
distortion in sound quality.
* Do not multi-task while on
the call. Schedule a time where you won't be interrupted.
* Disable call-waiting.
Beeps and background noise can be heard by everybody. It's best to use your
mute button unless you are asking a question or making a comment. Clicking
over to a call waiting can also disconnect the entire seminar!
* As a courtesy to all
listeners, when speaking, begin with your name and where you are from. Keep
comments brief and to the point. No long meandering stories or comical
interludes.
* Speak only to the
moderator or guest. Cross-talk to people listening in disrupts the flow of
the seminar.
* Be on the line at the
start of the class. This avoids backtracking for questions from people who
came in late.
* Pay attention, take notes,
and have fun.
